Gooseneck Drip Coffee Pot — 304 Stainless Steel, 600ml

Not electric. This is a stovetop kettle — you fill it with water and heat it on a gas or electric burner, or pour already-boiling water into it. It does not plug in and has no heating element. If you need an electric kettle, this is not it.
What it gives you is control over the pour. The precision gooseneck spout lets you pour in a slow, steady circle over the grounds — the difference between a flooded filter and an even, balanced extraction. Built from 600ml of 304 stainless steel with a matte black finish and a wooden handle that stays cool while the water is hot.
Pour-over lives and dies on the pour. A standard kettle dumps water too fast and disrupts the bloom. The gooseneck puts you in control of flow rate and placement from the first pour to the last, so you extract what is actually in the grounds rather than rushing past it.
What you get
- Capacity: 600ml (20.29 oz)
- Material: 304 stainless steel
- Finish: matte black
- Handle: natural wood
- Spout: precision gooseneck
- Stove compatible: gas and electric burners (not induction)
How to use it
Option 1 — Heat water inside: Fill with cold water, place on a gas or electric burner, heat to your desired temperature (195–205°F for pour-over coffee, 175–185°F for green tea), then pour slowly in circles over the grounds. Start with a small pour to let the coffee bloom for 30 seconds before continuing.
Option 2 — Fill with hot water: Boil water in a separate kettle or pot, then carefully pour it into this gooseneck pot and use it for precision pouring. This is useful if you already have a kettle you prefer for heating but want a gooseneck spout for control.
Works for pour-over coffee, Chemex, drip cones, and loose-leaf tea. The technique is the same: slow, controlled pour, close to the grounds or leaves.
Care
Hand wash and dry. Keep the wooden handle out of standing water to protect the finish. Do not put in the dishwasher.
Common questions
Is this electric? No. It has no plug, no cord, and no heating element. It is a manual kettle — you heat water inside it on a stovetop burner, or fill it with hot water from another source. If you are looking for an electric kettle with a gooseneck spout, this is not it.
What burners does it work on? Gas and electric burners. The 304 stainless steel base is not magnetic, so it does not work on induction cooktops.
What is a gooseneck pot for? The long, narrow spout gives you precise control over where and how fast water flows. For pour-over coffee this matters because consistent bloom and pour speed directly affect extraction. It also works for loose-leaf tea and any brewing method where water placement matters.
How much does it hold? 600ml (about 20 oz) — enough for two to three cups of pour-over coffee in a single fill.
Does the handle get hot? The wooden handle stays cool during normal stovetop use. The metal body will be hot — use the handle.
