Orders ship from the United States. Most in-stock orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–5 business days within the continental U.S. (Carrier timelines may vary during peak seasons/holidays.)

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Email info@strabella.org ASAP with your order number and the requested change. Once an order is shipped, changes/cancellations aren’t possible.
We accept unused items in original packaging within 15 days of delivery. To start a return, contact info@strabella.org. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Wipe spills promptly. Hand-wash with mild soap and air-dry flat. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Keep away from direct heat sources.
Wash with warm water and mild soap; dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemicals. For delicate knife edges, consider using a wood or plastic board as your primary cutting surface and reserve the titanium board for tasks where a non-porous, easy-to-clean surface is preferred.
Before first use, briefly soak the whisk tips in warm water. After each use, rinse gently and air-dry on a whisk holder to maintain shape. Do not place ceramic components in the microwave or on direct heat.
