How to use it
Scoop about 2 g of matcha into the bowl, add 60–70 ml of water near 175°F, and whisk in a brisk W motion until frothy. Pour through the spout into your cup, or over ice for an iced matcha. Rinse the whisk and rest it on the stand to dry.
Care
Hand wash the bamboo with warm water only — no soap — and let the whisk dry on its stand to keep the prongs from breaking. Hand wash the ceramic bowl and stand.
