Lisa cold-brews matcha in it overnight, sun tea on the counter through a long afternoon, and water at the dinner table when there's company. The cork keeps the fridge smell out. The stoneware keeps the water a few degrees cooler than glass would, which you notice on the second pour.
Care
Hand-wash with warm water and a soft brush. Lift the cork stopper out to dry separately so it doesn't stay damp inside the neck. Expect minor color variation across the body — coarse pottery is not glossy ceramic, the speckles and sand tones are the finish, not flaws.
